..... Love is... Being happy 4 the other person

Endless Love

Love is ...
Being happy for the other person
When they are happy
Being sad for the other person
When they are sad,
Being together in good times
And being together in bad times ...
Love is the source of STRENGTH.
Love is ...
Being honest with yourself
At all times,
Being honest with the other person
At all times,
Telling, listening,
Respecting the truth
And never pretending ...
Love is the source of REALITY.
Love is ...
An understanding that is so complete
That you feel as if you are a part
Of the other person,
Accepting the other person
Just the way they are,
And not trying to change them
To be something else ...
Love is the source of UNITY.
Love is ...
The freedom to pursue your own desires
While sharing your experiences
With the other person,
The growth of one individual
Alongside of and together with the growth
Of another individual ...
Love is the source of SUCCESS.
Love is ...
The excitement of planning things together,
The excitement of doing things together ...
Love is the source of the FUTURE.
Love is ...
The fury of the storm,
The calm in the rainbow ...
Love is the source of PASSION
Love is giving and taking
In a daily situation,
Being patient with each other's
Needs and desires ...
Love is the source of SHARING.
Love is ...
Knowing that the other person
Will always be with you
Regardless of what happens,
Missing the other person
When they are away
But remaining near in heart at all times ...
Love is the source of SECURITY.
Love is ...
The source of LIFE !

---Alone---

Where does my mind go when it's quiet
And the late of night folds darkness around me?
Where do I wander when I dream
And when I remember where I've gone?

Thoughts of you beside me, snuggled close
Within my arms, your breath warm against me,
Brings peace and comfort and enough love
To get me through another cold and lonely day.

Dreams push reality back into the recesses of my mind
To suffer through another day just like the last.
Praying, wondering, hoping, fearing that it is just a dream
And that life is really so cold. Or is reality a dream?

Does Love Need a Reason??

This is really a very good one & heart touching...

Man: Why do you like me..? Why do you love me?

Lady: I can't tell the reason.. but I really like you ..

Man: You can't even tell me the reason... how can you say you like
me
? How can you say you love me?

Lady: I really don't know the reason, but I really love you.

Man: No! I want you to tell me the reason. My friend's girlfriend can tell him why she loves him but not you!

Lady: Ok.. ok!!! Because you are handsome, because your voice is sweet, because you are caring, because you are loving, because you are
thoughtful
, because of your smile, because of your every movements..

Unfortunately, a few days later, the Man met with a serious accident resulting in permanent injuries. The Lady then placed a letter by his side, and here is the content:

Dearest,
Because
of your! sweet voice that! I love you... Now, can you talk?

No! Therefore I cannot love you.
Because of your care and concern that I like you..
Now that you cannot show them, therefore I cannot love you.
Because of your smile,! because of your every movements that I love you..
Now can you smile? Now can you move?
No, therefore I cannot love you...
If love needs a reason, like now, there is no reason for me to love you any more.
Does love need a reason? Never! Therefore ,
I
still love you.! .. and will love u forever !

Aretha Franklin reminded us how it's spelled, but a lot of us need coaching on how to show it. In both personal and political relationships, the failure to treat one another with respect is generating incivility, contempt, and violence.

There is an important distinction between respecting a person in the sense that we admire and hold that person in high esteem and treating others with respects. While respecting others is desirable, respectfulness is morally mandatory. Thus, people of character treat everyone with respect, even those who are not personally worthy of it.

The way we behave toward others is an expression of our values and character. Thus, we should treat others with respect, not because they have a right to be respected but because we have a moral duty to do unto others the way we want them to do unto us. Again, it's not because they deserve it but it's because doing less would diminish our own character.

That is the message in an old story about the politician who caught himself being drawn into mud slinging and name calling. Once he realized he was lowering himself to his opponents levels, he stopped and said, "Sir, I will treat you as a gentlemen -- not because you are one, but because I am one".

It can take a lot of self control to be respectful to people who are nasty, dishonorable, or disrespectful to us. Still, our inner sense of integrity should help us resist temptations to fight fire with fire. As Lily Tomlin said, "The problem with the rat race is, even if you win, you are still a rat".
